Purple Day for Epilepsy – Raising Awareness at Cropwell Bishop Primary

On Wednesday, 26th February, Cropwell Bishop Primary School turned purple in support of Purple Day for Epilepsy. Pupils and staff dressed in shades of purple to raise awareness and show support for those affected by epilepsy while also raising funds for relevant charities.

As part of the day, Mr Nicholson led an informative assembly alongside Charlie D (Year 6), teaching us about epilepsy and how to support someone experiencing a seizure. They explained the different types of seizures and the key signs to look out for, helping us all become more aware and prepared.

The event was a great success, bringing our school community together to learn, support, and make a difference. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to this important cause!
